Santo Remedio

Edson and Natalie started Santo Remedio in 2013 running pop-ups and supper clubs to bring the flavours of Mexico they love and grew up with in Mexico to Londoners. After a  few months in Shoreditch in 2016 they opened their doors at 152 Tooley Street in London Bridge in September 2017. Their food is inspired by the taquerias, markets, homes and celebrations of Mexico. They import speciality ingredients like Pasilla, Serranos and grasshoppers from Mexico to give their dishes a true taste of Mexico. They also work with fantastic local producers like Gringa Dairy in Peckham who produce their artisanal Mexican cheeses. Their dishes are influenced by time spent living in Mexico City, the Yucatan and Oaxaca.
