A VERY LONDON CHRISTMAS

It’s December and we all know what that means! ‘Tis the season to celebrate Christmas and there’s no better place to do that than in the magical, London. Festive fairs, cosy hideaways, joyful activities and tasteful Christmas dinners can all be found throughout the city. We compiled a list of our favourite festive locations for this Christmas! Put on your favourite festive jumpers and make yourself ready to have a holly jolly Christmas!

Pear Tree Cafe Christmas Fair

After Pear Tree Cafe’s great success from last year, they decided to run their magical Christmas market again this year. On the 1st & 2nd and 8th & 9th of December, you can visit the charming Christmas terrace and shop for artisan food & drink products, handmade items and luxury gifts at 50 different Christmas stalls by the park’s frosted boating lake. Sip on some delicious mulled wine and eat your festive favourites like Christmas crepes and fresh-baked mince pies while you enjoy the great Christmas carols from the Chelsea Pensioners. On 5th December you can enjoy a delicious Christmas Feast including seasonal nibbles, turkey and festive cocktails. On Thursday 6th December you can get creative during Freddie’s Flowers floral arranging workshop, followed by a festive three-course meal in the cafe. Bluebird’s Magical Winter Narnia

This Christmas season, Bluebird’s Courtyard is being transformed into a winter wonderland. Wander past snowy Christmas trees, pine cones and lanterns and find your way into one of the wooden Christmas Chalets. Get cosy between faux fur pillows and throws, festive wreaths and twinkling Christmas lights. While you’re in this warming winter lodge, enjoy the gooey cheese fondue, munch on some warm and delicious apple pie and make sure you taste the boozy hot chocolate. For the wonderful Christmas cocktail menu, Bluebird has teamed up with Ketel One and created festive cocktails including, The Edmund with Ketel One, honey, hazelnut and almond milk and The Aslan Roar made with Ketel One, Ancho Reyes chilli liqueur, lime and ginger ale. Get cosy this Christmas at Bluebird’s enchanting Courtyard!

Dabbers Bingo Christmas

Just in time for Christmas, Dabbers Bingo opened up in East London. This very first modern bingo venue replaces cups of tea with cocktails, bingo callers with comedians and dreary prizes with exciting experiences. Dabbers was created to maximise the enjoyment of playing the iconic British game. At Dabbers, you will find an immersive and interactive experience that adds show elements, live DJ sets and special prizes to modernise the classic game. Take a look at their whole rounded menu including melon balls with Parma ham and meatballs and enjoy delicious cocktails and draft beers. So, grab your dabber pens, get nostalgic and celebrate this year’s Christmas at Dabbers!

Christmas Feast at Brother Marcus

During this joyful season, Brother Marcus Angel will serve a special holiday sharing menu. This festive menu includes rabbit pastille with Nora peppers and cinnamon, turkey roulade Corinthian currents, pistachio and sage and lamb shoulder with pomegranate and Persian lime. The side dishes on the menu include bacon wrapped dates, sweet potato with whipped feta and roasted Brussel sprouts. The table will be beautifully decorated with crackers and candles to start the Christmas cheer. Rush over to Brother Marcus to feast on their delicious Christmas banquet!

A Very Curling Christmas at Queens

If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your Christmas, Queens Ice Skate & Bowl is the place to be. Hop on the ice and slip and slide your way to victory whilst playing the ultimate winter game. After doing some curling, the SINBIN is the perfect place for a break. Queens partnered up with MEATliquor to create UK’s first rink-side skate up bar and serves juicy  burgers, spicy chicken wings, crispy fries and of course a lot of delicious boozy drinks. Christmas couldn’t be celebrated any cooler!
