The UK's one-month booze-free challenge is over for another year and we are ready for an alcoholiday. Maintaining a level of sobriety for an entire month is no mean feat – especially when that month is January – but whether successful in your abstinence or not, the time has come to enjoy the following guilt-free indulgences of February. We’ll drink to that!

The Global Pursuit Cocktail

Last September, lucky London Bloggers Jess and Charlie from The Travel Project were chosen to embark on a trip around the world in 80 days. Their mission: collect botanicals and other ingredients in order to create a cocktail for Mr Fogg’s Society of Exploration. The Travel Project drew inspiration from locations such as India, Nevada, Japan and Singapore and have now launched their exclusive cocktail, ‘Global Pursuit’. Garnished with edible insects melted in honey, this international concoction is sure to transport your taste buds!

Cloud 9

Southbank’s favourite European restaurant is set to reach new heights. From Tuesday 12th February until the end of March you will find us in a champagne supernova in the sky, also known as Cloud 9 at Skylon. A remarkable cocktail collection has been designed in collaboration with celebrated Champagne house Laurent Perrier while illuminated moons and suns, perfectly fluffy clouds and suspended rose gold hot air balloons complete the pop-up bar installation. Get your head in the clouds and prepare for euphoria!

Secrets de Terroirs

French restaurant Les 110 de Taillevent is no stranger to vin rouge et blanc and has launched a luxury wine dinner series, entitled “Secrets de Terroirs”. Head to the heart of Marylebone on Friday 8th February for beautiful wines and beautiful dishes, beautifully paired. The dinner is inspired by the family estate of Clos du Mont-Olivet and will showcase the aromatic flavours of the Châteauneuf du Papes that are fashioned there. With 110 wines by the glass, you could say no but we just wouldn’t listen.

Sicilian Supper Club

From Thursday 14th to Saturday 16th February, experience a Sicilian spring in East London. Strazzanti, founded by Chef Emilia, will return to Hackney Coffee Company for the next in a series of spectacular supper clubs. This dining experience is inspired by the almond blossom in Sicily and will feature a bespoke almond tree installation by premier florist McQueens. What’s more, Strazzanti have joined forces with Campari UK to provide a selection of classic Italian cocktails specially for the occasion. Immerse yourself in crimson aperitifs and a five-course Italian menu!
